When you purchase ShieldX, your screen protector is protected for life.

If your ShieldX Premium Tempered Glass cracks or breaks during normal everyday use, you are eligible for a replacement for a $4.99 CAD replacement fee (plus applicable taxes).

There is no limit to the number of replacements, as long as your device model is still supported and the product remains available.

How Replacement Works

1. Visit a participating ShieldX location.

2. Pay the $4.99 replacement fee.

3. Receive and have a new ShieldX screen protector installed.

Legal Warranty Terms

ShieldX Protection Lifetime Replacement Warranty – Terms & Conditions

1. Coverage

ShieldX Protection (“ShieldX”) provides a lifetime replacement warranty for ShieldX Premium Tempered Glass screen protectors (“Product”) installed on compatible mobile devices.
This warranty covers cracking or breakage of the Product resulting from normal and intended use.

2. Replacement Fee

Each approved warranty replacement requires payment of a $4.99 CAD replacement fee, plus applicable taxes.
This fee applies to every replacement request.

3. Warranty Registration

Warranty coverage is valid only if the Product is registered by the customer after installation.
ShieldX reserves the right to deny warranty claims for unregistered products.

4. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Loss or theft of the Product or device

• Damage to the mobile device itself

• Cosmetic wear, including scratches without cracking

• Intentional damage, abuse, negligence, or misuse

• Modifications, improper installation, or removal by unauthorized parties

• Use of the Product outside its intended purpose

5. Availability

Replacements are subject to product availability for the specific device model.
If the exact Product is unavailable, ShieldX may, at its discretion, provide a comparable replacement or store credit.

6. Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and registered device.

7. Limitation of Liability

ShieldX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of use, or device damage.
Replacement of the Product is the sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.

8. Modification & Termination

ShieldX reserves the right to modify or terminate this warranty program at any time.
Any changes will not affect warranties already registered prior to the change.

9. Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and applicable federal laws.
